Chris Blaney is a music industry veteran, having worked as an artist (Reality Check), manager (Beanbag, Matt Beckler) and booking agent. Chris was with Third Coast Artists Agency from February 2001 - October 2009 and worked with Mercy Me, Jeremy Camp, David Crowder Band, Natalie Grant, RED and Hawk Nelson, among others.

In October 2009 and after several months of planning, Chris moved on from TCAA to start Converge Music:: a management, booking and artist development agency.

The booking roster includes Andy Cherry, Bleach, Dutton, Grits, John Reuben, Silverline and Sixteen Cities.

The speaker roster includes EJ Swanson and The Fear Killer.

The management/booking roster includes Matt Beckler and Mike Mains & The Branches.
